In our case it was a new back door to be supplied and fitted - Consort Magnum Composite Door. There were issues I have to be honest with finish of the 'slab' supplied to CSJ and the standard of fitting.....but the CSJ fitting manager came to our house and inspected the door for himself. He was superb and immediately with no hesitation arranged a replacement 'slab' to be supplied and fitted with the surrounding pieces as new. The replacement door and fittings was fitted as promised. The job is first class and looks a treat in our new kitchen. The door looks and feels pure quality. It is money well spent and a great job. We are glad we had this door fitted.
