We do not normally respond to cold callers but as the young man was so polite and non pushy and we had been thinking of replacing the windows in the house to which we had just moved, we agreed to a visit from David the salesman the next day. He explained everything very well without being pushy and, impressed, we decided to go ahead. Soon afterwards Andy and his team did an excellent job replacing 10 windows over one and a half days. We were amazed how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were polite and respectful, protected the flooring with polythene and tidied up afterwards. Unfortunately the next day we noticed a flaw in the glass of one window and this had to be replaced twice before the problem was solved. This was a manufacturing fault and CSJ responded promptly and without question until we were satisfied. We also had our front door replaced by Martin and team just as efficiently although again there was a mechanical problem which was quickly resolved a couple of days later thanks to Stuart the engineer who deserves a special mention for his dedication to getting things right. All in all we would definitely recommend CSJ as a company to be trusted to do a good job.
