O/no 14548 This was the third time we have used CSJ. This time for a large kitchen window installation. Previously a front door/window fitment then patio French doors/windows. The installation team did work quickly and efficiently although in the process damaged the edge of a recently fitted worktop.... I didn't notice the damage until minutes after the fitters left (without drawing it to my attention) and reported it immediately on the phone Followed up with emailed photos. I was advised initially that CJS would arrange for a sub contractor they use, to come and repair the worktop. This didn't happen and after several phone calls I accepted a reduction to the quoted price and arranged the repair myself.
