Contacted CSJ on the recommendation of our friends son who had had windows fitted by them. Very happy from the first contact with Gavin all the way through to the installation of 5 windows by team 2 which on that day comprised Peter, Liam, Frazer and Sherry. Very professional, and their customer relations were very good whilst on site on the day as well. We had had a couple of doubts/potential changes of mind to the full wooden edging, but dealt with in a very well handled and sympathetic manner by Peter who put our minds at rest, and so glad we accepted his advice on the day. Installation manager came to check quality of work being done later in the day, and you can see that the company takes great pride in the quality of work that they provide. We picked up a couple of faults in the glass itself in the units, absolutely no problem again in reporting and getting resolved - thanks here too to Sharon in the office who was so patient and efficient in dealing with us. Will have no hesitation in recommending CSJ and using them again in the future if we need any more works completed. Would highly recommend to anyone.
