We had 4 windows installed by team 3. The guys were courteous and ensured there was enough dust sheets down to minimise mess. They also cleaned up after. The only down side was one of the kitchen window locks was faulty. This was only noticed by myself when the team had gone and I was inserting keys. This window had been a bit problematic and having sorted initial issue out, none of us checked or noticed this other issue. Office was phoned but unfortunately unable to turn the team around and after some debate (originally said two weeks to get someone out) we managed to get appointment to resolve this issue this coming Friday. Bit of a downer given everything else was fine.
