Ww dealt with one of the proprietors, Julian Cheasley, on what should have been a simple party wall award. We found him to be uncommunicative, highly priced and remarkably inefficient. Something that should have taken 6 weeks took 4 months to complete due to his approach. It also cost us twice the amount that other surveyors charged for a similar job.
