I've had many holidays, and I can say this was the smoothest holiday I've ever had. The hotel the night before was top notch, the check in at the airport the night before, was so effortless I had to pinch myself. The Travel Agent threw in an airport lounge before our flight, just so relaxing. The flight with Thomas Cook was one of the best flights I've had. Holiday was ok, this was our 6th visit to this hotel. The return flight back and the pick up back to the hotel to pick up our car was faultless. We have booked another holiday with this travel agent, I wouldn't book with anybody else.
