The service I received on the phone when checking stock and interest in a bulk order as a thank you for my coaches was very helpful. ORDER came in a very timely manner and was packed perfectly. Upon inspecting each of the 40+ units, they were all in great condition. When I received it, I did notice that for the 40+ units, only one custom thank you card was sent. I contacted customer service and they sent out FOC more cards so that each of my gifts had a card attached. Amazing Service and a very reasonable priced gift. So much so that i have suggested to my boss that we get custom cuffs made for our clients with our company logo.
