I dealt with Michael via facebook messenger to design my dream ring, his responses were prompt and he went over every detail with me to ensure it was all perfect. They then held my wishes on file so that when the time came - which turned out to be much quicker than I thought - my partner could contact them and let them know I had already given them all the details. The ring is absolutely stunning, I can't take my eyes off it and have had so many compliments about the size as well as the beauty of it.
