I ordered from Cullen Moissanite, and they shipped it via the way they normally do. One the package got to Canada I was never contacted for duties and taxes, and my package said it was delivered to somewhere in Mississauga. I am heartbroken that the ring is lost somewhere. However, Cullen gave me a full refund due to the fact this was totally out of there control.
