Ordered a kitchen table, which arrived late, damaged and without all necessary parts. Customer service didn't seem to care whatsoever, just gave instructions for have it refunded. Worth noting the delivery service was suppose to be a two man delivery service, in reality it was one man who pushed it ok it's side through our close.
Mistakes happen, but the whole experience from buying from Cult, after that had taken your money, was dreadful. I won't but anything from Cult and will actively tell friends and family about this negative experience.
