This is the fourth Queen Natural sheet set I have bought on sale in the last 2 to 3 years. Like the old sheets the sheet set looked quite nice and had a fair amount of heft. The feel out of the box was soft and smooth with a slight feel of texture. This sheet set has been washed twice so far. The new set has been washed on delicate cycle, warm water with two rinses using one of the Seventh Generation products suggested online and dried using a gentle, warm setting in the dryer. The sheets were removed from the dryer while still slightly damp. I am on a well and have hard water, so the house is equipped with a water softener. In addition to detergent I often use some baking soda in combination with the detergent. After both washes there was not a lot of lint in the lint filter, but a little more than I expected. My mattress and topper are 17 ½ inches in depth. The 18 inch fitted sheet fits well with some to spare to tuck in on all sides. I have a high foundation under the mattress and the top of the mattress is about 32 ½ inches above the floor so the drape on the flat sheet does not touch the floor. The sheets showed no shrinkage after either of the two washes. The older sets have shown no shrinkage or fraying after many washes. The flat sheet for the queen set is the same size as the flat sheet for the king set, so the flat sheet is generously oversized. My original detailed review was done on December 12, 2021. I expect the new set will wear as well as the older sets and also show no noticeable shrinkage or wear after many washings. The feel of the sheets is wonderful. I use them year round and the cotton sheets have now been permanently exiled to the guest room. These sheets are top notch products. I don’t think I could do better with another brand.
