I received my Queen sheet set and found that the pillow cases are oversized by an unwelcome 3". The stated size on their sizing chart is 20x27. Mine are 20x30.
This is an odd one as the King is 20x35.
The response from Cultiver was lightening fast though. I knew from the first email that there was a real person on the other end. I had a new set of correctly sized pillow cases on my doorstep only a day after confirmation that mine were not the correct size.
