I ordered a swimsuit and dress. Both arrived within a week and looked quite nice. The suit was cute and the dress was okay. Unfortunately, both did not fit me, so I decided to return them.
I went on my trip and when I returned home, got very busy with work. I missed the 30-day refund window. I was fine with being denied a refund, however, a store credit would have sufficed. None. Tags are on the items and were never worn (cannot fit). Word of warning for plus-sized gals, not really cut for plus-sized gals. The dress was awful, and it was apparent the designer has no clue how to cut for plus-sized gals. We are not just the same shape but wider. Nevertheless, no store credit for my items would have avoided this poor review. Better vendors would have offered it.
