My fasting blood levels were stubbornly around 7.0 mark in spite of me sticking to a LCHF diet. After 3 days of taking Curalife, that figure had dropped to the mid 5s. Two weeks in and my figures are between 4.5 and 5.5. Absolutely delighted. I'm going to see what the figures are if I stop taking my Metformin. Fingers crossed it's all good!
