It does take awhile to ship from out of the USA but you can track it by downloading the USPS app and check the boxes for email and text messages to track your order. It was on the time lines it gave. It is alot of order filling and shipping to do because the product have a high rating so if I was you I would text them to let them know you haven't received yours yet. But it's worth trying it. I just got mind, I kept up with tracking and just started it. Will give a update on how it works for me. But my levels are never high, I just want to maintain it. Nothing went wrong with my order.
