when i got the trail pack, my blood/suger # was 250-300 in the mornings and would spike up to 450 or more. by the 4th day i was at 200 and spike at 300-400. ordered 3 more bottles. 1 week into it and my # was 160 this the morning and my spikes 250-350 depending on what i eat. feel much better and the nerve pain in my legs and feet have gone away. thank you.
