I have been using Curalin for four months. My blood number went down to mornings 118 to 130 my evening numbers 85 to 110. I tried eating candy jellybeans chocolate but still numbers stayed low. After 2.5 months I had my A1C it was 6. I ordered but ran out waiting for order my blood number went high 215 morning 190 evening finally my order came within a week numbers were lower again. Moral of the story great product, but ordering waiting too long 5 weeks. So stock up. Or plan for waiting period
