Terrible experience of getting my order delivered - I ordered in June and it didn’t arrive until late August. I called customer service many times and was constantly fobbed off with ‘inventory issues’ and ‘out of stock’. Please sort this out and make any issues crystal clear on your website to customers! Despite talking to an expert a few times, I was none the wiser as to what was actually happening. The delivery finally arrived, just when I almost gave up. The products are not cheap, so you should definitely keep clients updated - so we are not constantly chasing, just to hear vague answers. Very frustrating experience!
