Your product CuraLin is 5 STAR all the way...your company and its reliability to get product to customers is amongst the worst I've ever seen I'm afraid. There is at least a 3-6 week wait "normally" (Completely unacceptable in this day & age), then there are times they just run out of product and have NO definitive date of when things will get resolved or back on track...supply chain issues are bad. This is a U.K. based company I believe, yet the product goes back through Russia to get to the U.S....isn't that going backwards to go forwards??? This could be such a great company...really hoping they can get their stuff together and can become expedient & reliable...I'm certainly pulling for them!
