Can’t because I never got the second lot of 90 that I ordered so the test I was doing was interrupted. I was sent 3 “free” lots of 30 pills and took one at night but there was no way I could continue with the three a day I took originally which did seem as though it was bringing down my BG. A complete fiasco and I’m still waiting for my order which I think was in May.
