Placed my order and my credit card was charged June 20th. Here it is September 19th and still no product. I don't want to hear your excuses and form apology about customs and how my order is being processed and will ship within the next 2 weeks. Fix the problem before taking any more orders. If my product isn't shipped in the next week I will be cancelling.
