Started taking 2 after each meal on Feb 6 2020. My blood glucose had been running over 200 for about 3 months. By Feb 9 it had dropped below below 140 and is currently in the 125 range. Still have to watch what I eat and started exercising 40 min- 4 days a week. This is a great product. I take it along with Bitter melon Juice
