I started using Curalife for my type 2 diabetes over a year ago. I started slow, and experimented with supplementing my conventional meds with the capsules. When convinced that the product was effective I was able to stop using insulin altogether. For about a year I took 2 caps twice a day along with Metformin and got my A1C down to 7 (from a high of 8.1) without eating a strict diet, just reasonable with a lot of fruit and some forbidden sweets (actually I went way off the farm eating-wise at times.) I am now taking 3 caps twice a day along with 1000 mgs of Metformin each time and my numbers are quite good--averaging between 95 and 110 at morning fasting. I am convinced that Curalife in the right amount (probably three caps 3 times a day) would control my diabetes.
