I was on Metformin starting in 2011 when I was diagnosed with Type 2. 2014 I started suffering from debilitating IBS-D and spent many thousands of dollars on expensive, often embarrassing tests to determine the cause. No real answers were given...I was just put on many different prescription drugs with nasty side effects. You name it, I tried it! I saw immediate results in my blood sugars and I felt soooo much more like a human being! No more IBS, great numbers, I was happier & not as tired. I am still on my first bottle, since I have found that 3-4/day is what works for me...and ZERO METFORMIN!!!
