It has lowered my fasting blood sugar by 10-15 points(morning).It also lowers my 4hrs. after meals(lunch).I only take 1 capsule after my noon meal, along with my other supplements.I take 2 capsules after dinner.This is under the recommended dosage but I'm satisfied with the results.I'll also say this works better than any other product I've ever tried and I'm very pleased.It has no adverse side effects, like many others.I only gave the rating a 4 instead of a 5 for the sole reason I just started the 2nd bottle.At this point I'll continue with this great product, and will definitely continue to purchase.
