I’ve been on it just over four weeks now and it has dropped my blood sugar tremendously. My BS was between 140 and 150 after eating now I’m between 97 and 115. My fasting blood sugar was around 140 average now It’s between 90 and 110 it’s been great for me and I’ve had no side effects to speak of
