Very effective for me, I was already mindful of avoiding sugars and carbs before finding curalin. Was on metformin and trujenta, before losiing insurance. My numbers went from 8.4 down to 5.3. Told the doctor I had dropped trujenta and was using curalin. She said to keep doing what I'm doing!
