I dropped my phone and I needed to file a claim but for some reason my phone is not in the "list" I was told that I was going to get a call back when they figured it out I never heard back from them. Fast forward 3 months later down the road and I decided to pursue again all while I'm still paying them every month and every time I get them on the phone something happens they hang up or I get some asshole employee I even asked for the supervisor and he took my phone number just case we got disconnected and he never called me back. I'm about to cancel my my card my bank account whatever it takes so they can't get any more money since they want to make it impossible for me to get my phone fixed.
