I struggled with acne for YEARS and went to my local dermatologist and never got satisfying results even after taking a lot of different prescriptions and trying different face routines. Curology is the only thing that actually eliminated my acne 100% and their customized routines fit my needs perfectly. Their product is great. HOWEVER there were 5+ times that I got automatically billed for products I didn’t need without any notification or warning, and they don’t give refunds. I’ve spent $100s on product I didn’t need and the fact they don’t give any notification your bill is coming up (and it’s expensive!) and don’t let you push your shipping date too far out made me feel like they were stealing from me, and that’s what has disappointed me with this brand. The billing date isn’t predictable so it’s super easy to forget about it, and there’s no way of canceling the shipment once you’re billed. I wish they would at least send an email when the billing date is coming up so that I could approve it. Note: they did give me a replacement prescription when I got automatically billed for an old prescription, but they won’t replace all the money I spent for product I don’t even need anymore :/
