Curology will not issue refunds of any sort. They do not stand behind their products. Buyer beware. I actually liked their retinol lotion however it was packaged with a gel moisturizer and acne patches. The gel moisturizer did not moisturize my face whatsoever, and the acne patches had no stick to them they would fall off immediately after putting them on. Both were very small quantities so I thought they were sending them for me to sample however when I received my next box I was charged for them and I was unable to return them. I canceled my subscription due to this.
