I like how curology has kept my acne down. I like being able to talk to a dermatologist by their website and getting all the info that I need. I absolutely hate their customer service. They're absolutely useless when it comes to the Curology website making a mistake. I've had two incidents, one where my package was lost and the other was when their system sent me my package one month early(When I sceduled it ahead of time). Nothing was fixed. And I had one issue where my account overdrew due to the unexpected transaction. I was told that they could change the date 2 days prior to the ship date however I didn't even know that this was in process, had I known I would have fixed it myself. So yes their customer effected the score.
