the product kind of works I guess, but that is besides the point. I was told my card was inactive by Curology and that I would HAVE to update my card to get my next shipment, I obviously assumed they would not be charging my card until I updated it, and not to mention I tried canceling once before, but they still shipped and CHARGED me 40$ for a new bottle that im literally not going to use and now they are telling me that they CANT cancel or refund your purchase even before its been delivered to my house??? not even store credit or anything? like I don't even have the item in my hand and I still can't get a refund or have THEM cancel it. I don't even understand how the item would be defective if I haven't even laid my eyes on it yet....and keep in mind this is THE DAY OF that they shipped the item to me....
