I have had nonstop issues with this company since I started using it roughly 2 years ago. I have been trying to cancel for over a year. I finally cancelled but they will not refund because apparently I didn't cancel soon enough. I am canceling my debit card to avoid future charges. But yeah, they consider a November, 2019 email too late to cancel for freakin January. The product is okay if you do not need beyond simple acne meds. I need prescription strength Differin and they do not offer the adapalene in their products. Also, you cannot call and speak to a person. You must use email. Oh and still no refund after $120 in charges since I started trying to cancel.
