From the start my consultation Lulu was very courteous and it was obvious she wanted to make sure I was taken care of and seemed to take a personal interest in my design. I must have gone back and forth with Lulu (and her with the artists) 100 times with the design and at no point did I feel any pressure to try to expedite the process or stop when it was “good enough.” CustomMade simply will not stop working and reworking the design until it’s perfect l.
