I was skeptical about getting an engagement ring made on here at first, but after reading hundreds of reviews I went for it and I was not disappointed. Everyone I communicated with throughout the process was excellent, but I have to give a special shout-out to Ira who would respond in minutes even at odd times of night and was able to take lots of different vague ideas I had to the sketch artist who did an amazing job of putting them together into gorgeous rings. Ira was so patient as we went back and forth deciding which design elements were right for the ring and communicated very clearly at every step. When it got to diamond selection, I was blown away by the quality of diamond we were able to get for the price. It is a lab-grown diamond, but even so it was the most competitive price I have seen on the internet for the quality and size. The 3D design phase really helped to put the sketch into reality, and allowed us to visualize the exact final ring we wanted (again, the team was very flexible in going back and forth with small design changes). The transition from design to build is the only place where I sometimes felt confused by certain choices and like I was advocating for myself a bit more than before. When the final design was done, I had a question about additional polishing and was told to see the ring in person and send it back for free if we still had issues. While we love the ring and did not send it back, I would have preferred to hear either that they would take care of it before shipment or that nothing more could be done if that were the case. It seemed odd to say we’ll fix any problems only after you see it in person, adding time and inconvenience to the process, especially acknowledging how much money was spent on it. However this was a tiny nitpick in an overall wonderful process and I would recommend this service to anyone who is not in a particular rush, as the overall project did take about 4 months to complete. We are so happy with how it turned out and Sara is completely in love with this ring!!!
