This was the best experience I have ever had with getting a piece of jewelry! Being a project manager myself, I understand how complicated it can be to organize a project like this and keeping the client in the loop during the entire process. The communication was spot on (just the right amount of communication). Any questions I had were almost immediately answered. I was fully aware of what was going on with the project at all points. Since this was a surprise gift, I was also very pleased with the discretion in the packaging and the team's ability to work with me on sizing and styling while not having all the answers myself. Overall we were very happy with the end product and I will never go to a big box store ever again for jewelry!
