I was concerned on how the experience would be, however custom Made .com immediately made sure there was no reason to worry. They contacted me right away to acknowledge receipt of my request and I gave them information that I wanted on my ring. They then came up with a 3D design to help me visually see what I asked for and what they interpreted was on my he same lines. Everyone was kind curious and professional. After approving my design I paid 50% up front and they went to work. Soon after my mold was ready which they notified me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Once my ring was poured and came out, they put finishing touches on my ring and sent me a photo of my ring.I was excited to create a one of a kind US Navy ring with Custom Made.com
