From the communication to the quality of the product, CustomMade delivered on every level! The piece looks incredible, was a perfect fit the first time, and my fiancee is absolutely in love with it. We ended up getting our wedding bands designed by CustomMade as well, and they turned out perfect too! Excellent company to work with, they stand by their work and when a stone fell out of the setting of the engagement ring, we had it sent in and replaced with their warranty, no problems. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to give their lady something a little more special that was, in a sense, created with their own personal touches.
