When she received it on Graduation Day It was a very Nice surprise to her. She said it was just beautiful very surprised. When she took it out on that special day and put it on it even shined more that when it as packaged in the box. All of the staff was just perfect. Vincent and Charm. Charm added items at the last minute to make it perfect. This was the first time that I have had anything made custom made. It was a very easy task with Custon Made and staff. During the process I was keep up to date the whole time during the production. The pricing I thought was in line for the cost. Also, the way the neckless was packaged was great and very special.
