From start to finish Custom Made have gone out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the product they were giving me. Every step of the way their staff were knowledgeable and professional and importantly very patient with me as I changed my mind and added more details as the project progressed. Ultimately what I recieved was a beautiful custom engagement ring that was better than what I asked for and completely one of a kind. I was given information about the process of creation through every step and advised if there were any issues immediatly so I could make decisions on what to do. Whenever I noticed something I wanted changed I was never made to feel like a problem and was always treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire process.
