The collars are lovely, actually getting them is the difficult part. 2/3 weeks is a lie, more like 4/5. Then receive an incomplete order. Nobody answers the phone and aren’t quick to answer emails. I feel that it’s a very small business because it is so slow. If you want it quick go elsewhere .
