The brochure that was sent to me was incorrect..
The tree of life is displayed as a purple drop necklace... my granddaughter was so very upset, she had lost her Mummy and this misprint and subsequent mid-ordercaused so much distress for us
Customer services asked we return it.
No empathy which is very surprising for a company using cremation as a business.
