I ordered about 150 patches for an event. I needed them fairly quickly and custom patches took my drawn image and made a very nice digitized edition. Response time after submitting artwork was very quick. I also preferred how their artist depicted the image versus another company. The patches arrived with plenty of time for our event. Very timely.
