Found the messaging service brilliant. Straight to the point answers, answering my question properly and quickly with no added extra unnecessary info you get with some people. Very fast response with messaging for questions, which in our situation was needed because we needed a temp cover quickly for a 3 hour journey due to the driver being unwell. Brilliant that the cover starts immediately. The app is so easy to use and the fact that it saves a profile for you makes it even easier in the future. Took 1 minute to get cover. Best service I have had with getting temp cover and actually the cheapest compared to tempcover.com etc who were charging up to 4x the amount, we looked at quite a few and this was the cheapest. I have already recommended it to friends.
