I signed up for this service and decided to cancel on the same day, in a matter of hours. I thought I would take advantage of the "money-back refund" that is boldly stated on the home page. I emailed customer service and requested to cancel the service and refund the same day, CV Expess responded with an email 2 days later stating they needed the request in writing and an email would not suffice. I looked all over the site and responded there was no cancellation link or form on the site. Customer Service responded with a cancellation attachment or the suggestion that "I could submit a hand written note to cancel" which is no where near being professional. In the meantime, they made sure to take the fee out of my account and told me that they would cancel my subscription but not refund my money. I have an email trail with no less than 10 emails asking for my refund. This company is horrible in their customer service and I would suggest them to no one. I will continue to highlight their inability as long as it takes for them to notice that you can not take advantage of people without consequences.
