After using their service once to create a single CV for a small fee of 1.99 leva, they continued to charge me for 11 months without my knowledge or consent, withdrawing a total of 420 leva (over 200 euros). I never received any notification, reminder, or email about these recurring charges, nor did I use their services beyond the initial CV creation. This feels like a deceptive business practice designed to trick customers into ongoing payments without proper consent. They make it easy to sign up for a low cost but then silently charge your card monthly for services you never requested or used.
