They didn't provide me any kind of update when I called, emailed, or spoke online. For weeks, I kept asking for proof, but they would only get back to me once a week and put me on wait. Thankfully, T O N E Limited.COM was able to intervene and put an end to them. I was given a warning to be careful and was given my money back.
