Woeful Customer service. Took over 20 days for my package to be delivered, despite being in the same city as Cycology. When I chased this up the response I got was essentially "It's not our fault and not our problem."
The quality of their products is ok, but other brands with ranges in a similar price point ie Rapha, Pedal Mafia, Pedla are much better with vastly superior service.
