Ordered a biking shirt and never received a response/confirmation of the order. I assumed my order wasn't received so I re-input the order 4 to 5 days later. Contacted cycology immediately after the second order input and they confirmed the original order had been received but they hadn't sent confirmation as my e-mail address was wrong; they said yahoo had two a's in the e-mail line (yaahoo). You think they could have corrected this or called me on the phone # or had a 2 step e-mail input on the order form, etc. They also confirmed the 1st order hadn't shipped yet. Requested cancellation of the 2nd order, input an hour before contacting them, they said there was no way to cancel it, wouldn't pay for return shipping and were over-all rude and unprofessional after sending several e-mails in an attempt to reason with them. Note: almost immediately after the phone contact, I received a flood of e-mails from the company confirming the 1st and 2nd order. Once the first package was received I tried it on, while the jersey appeared to be well made, it wasn't remotely close to the size advertised rather it was hugely undersized. Both biking jerseys have been returned and I'm awaiting a refund. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with a company.
